Return, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

We do not accept any returns once the order has been delivered.

Refunds at Sakhi Pure are subject to the following conditions:

If the product is unavailable after payment has been made.

If the product is damaged upon delivery. Customers may be required to share a picture of the damaged product.

If the product is lost in transit and the delivery remains incomplete.


Sakhi Pure reserves the right to cancel any order for any reason. We may also request additional information to process your order. If your order, or any part of it, is canceled, you will be notified. In case your order is cancelled after your credit/debit card has been charged, you will receive a refund within 5-7 working days.
